Simon Sadomba
Partner
Simon is a partner at Gill, Godlonton & Gerrans and specialises in labour advisory and litigation work. He has extensive experience in labour dispute resolution, arbitration, mediation and retrenchments.
His clients include a number of Zimbabwe’s major mining houses, commercial banks and financial services institutions, hotels as well as other corporate entities.
Simon is also involved in general High Court civil litigation in respect of a number of clients.
Simon joined Gill, Godlonton & Gerrans in July 2002, soon after completing his university studies. He became Partner in October 2006 and has served the firm in that capacity ever since.
He holds an LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Zimbabwe.

He has advised several mining, manufacturing and banking clients in relation to very substantial retrenchment exercises and assisted in the management of the retrenchment processes.
