The Government Gazette of 1 February 2019 contained:

• General Notice 93/2019 – being a Zimbabwe Consolidated Diamond Company (ZCDC) request for Expression of Interest in identifying an EPC company to assist and deliver integrated solutions for the design, procurement, construction and commissioning of a diamond value management centre including state of the art technologies for automated cleaning and sorting of diamonds.  Closing date is 1600 hours on the 4^th March 2019.

 

• General Notice 94/2019 – ZCDC called for Expression of Interest for companies to partner with ZCDC in tailings treatment to maximize the recovery of diamonds from dumps at the Marange fields.  Closing date is 1600 hours on the 1^st March 2019.

 

• General Notice 95/2019 – ZCDC called for Expression of Interest for a consultant to carry out a feasibility study for the design of 450 tonnes per hour IPCC System for the Chiadzwa mining operation.  Closing date is 1600 hours on the 1^st March 2019.

 

• General Notice 103/2019 – TelOne called for Expression of Interest for business assessment, scoping, tendering and contract negotiation for the Government Communication Modernisation Project.  Closing date is 1100 hours on the 22^nd February 2019.

 

• General Notice 104/2019 – Special Economic Zone Declaration in terms of General Notice 104/2019 being the Surewin Special Economic Zone situated in Shena 15 and Shena 51 mining claims in Mutoko, measuring 28 hectares and 23.3 hectares respectively.

 

• Statutory Instrument 13/2019 Labour (Limit on Continuous Renewal of Fixed Term Contracts in the Electricity and Energy Supply Industry) Regulations, 2019 provides that a contract of fixed duration shall be deemed to be a contract without limits of time upon the expiry of a continued period of service of five years.

 

• Statutory Instrument 14/2019 Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Printing, Packaging and Newspaper Industry.
