  • Statutory Instrument 68 of 2019 granted rebates on customs duty for the import of motor vehicles for employees within the public health sector.
  • Statutory Instrument 72 of 2019. The Customs & Excise (Fuel Supplied to Approved Beneficiaries) (Refund) Regulations permitting any person or body of persons carrying on a trade in the agricultural, mining, manufacturing and transport sectors to apply for a refund of duty paid on petrol, kerosene or diesel after the 13th January 2019.
